Euro Tech Maritime Academy proudly participated in Oceanica 2.0, an intercollegiate maritime event organized by the Indian Maritime University, Kochi Campus, on 24th October 2025.
The event commenced with an inspiring opening ceremony and the traditional lighting of the lamp by R. Adm. Satyanarayana Alamada(Retd), Director, IMU Kochi. The Chief Guest of the event was Dr. Diya S. Iyer, IAS, Managing Director, Vizhinjam International Seaport, Kerala, who graced the occasion with her presence and encouraging words.
The day unfolded with 15 exciting competitions, witnessing enthusiastic participation from maritime institutions across the region. A total of 55 students from Euro Tech Maritime Academy showcased their talents in various events.
We are proud to share that Euro Tech students emerged winners in two events, securing 1st Place in the Treasure Hunt and the Maritime Management Quiz. Additionally, our team achieved 2nd Place in the Corporate Walk competition.
